Welcome to Introduction to Biological Science

As we all get used to this new way of learning, let me be among the first to express my support for you and to remind you that I am here to help you. If you have questions, problems or just want to “talk”, I’m only an email away.

william.martin@wuhsd.org

Plus, my emails come directly to my cell phone so I am virtually always available!

If it's easier to send a text; (562) 451-0019 will reach me.

Assignments will be available in Google Classroom.

Log into Google Classroom and click on the add (+) button in the upper right area, this will allow you to add yourself into the Classroom.

1st Period Add Code: s4e4wjd

3rd Period Add Code: coq6hpr

There will be a Daily Question every day, think of this as your check in time/assignment.

Assignments and announcements can be found in separate categories under the Classwork tab.

These questions will be worth 5 points and the points will be posted to Aeries every day.

Remember 100 points = 1 Credit!

There will be 2 to 3 assignments every week. They will be multiple day assignments so you should always have plenty of time to complete them.

Assignments are due on the date they are due, by 11:59 PM.

However, I will accept late work for ½ credit until near the end of the Quarter. except for the Daily Questions, those are Daily, therefore they can be submitted ONLY on the day they are issued. The final cut-off date will be announced later as we have a better understanding of how this quarter will work out.

At this time, I am still trying to figure out if we will be having Quizzes or Tests. I’ll keep you posted. I want to give you opportunities to show that you have learned the material.

I look forward to enjoying this adventure together!
